Honoring the Heartbeat: Mental Health & Wellness Mini-Powwow

In honor of Native American Heritage Month, this event organized by Gerald L. Ignace Indian Health Center focuses on the importance of mental health and wellness, culture as prevention, and reducing the stigma of asking for help. Featuring mental health and wellness resources and support, native craft vendors, family-friendly activity tables, raffle prizes and special guest performer. Parking directions:
︎Enter Parking Structure on Ground Level North of structure, West of structure, or 16th street East Entrance.
︎Try to park on 4th floor level.
︎4th floor level Skywalk from Parking Structure will get you to event. If unable to park on 4th floor level, elevators will get you there.
︎Once on 4th floor level, cross Skywalk (Going North), event will be at your first right (Going East).
︎Event will be in Pow Wow Hall at your 1st Left.
